"FlowRich", "we", "us" refers to the operator of this platform. "You", "user", or "customer" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the service. "Service" refers to the FlowRich platform, including all features, agents, and integrations.

FlowRich provides a professional services automation (PSA) platform designed for Swiss consulting and agency firms. The service includes workflow automation, AI-powered agents, invoicing tools, and analytics dashboards.

FlowRich is currently in private beta. Features, availability, and pricing may change during this period. We will communicate material changes in advance.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of your organisation where applicable.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Swiss law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
• Use the service to transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

You retain ownership of all data you input into FlowRich. We process your data solely to provide the service and do not sell it to third parties.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in Swiss Francs (CHF). All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

During the private beta period, specific pricing terms will be agreed individually with each customer. Your agreed rate will be confirmed in writing before any charges are made.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days at legal@flowrich.ch.

The FlowRich platform, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is the intellectual property of FlowRich. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

You grant FlowRich a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

FlowRich is provided "as is". We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the service for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, FlowRich's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will end at the close of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nidwalden, Switzerland.
